The cappuccinatore is a professional milk frother. It has two buttons: for dispensing hot and cold milk. The lower button is used to dispense hot milk (milk is dispensed at 61°-65°), and the upper button is for cold milk. The cappuccinatore also comes with two details: a spiral, which is used to dispense cold and hot milk and is characterized by more foam, the second detail is attached to the cap and is used for hot milk, for less foam.
